Wonderful three bedroom villa with garden and shared pool. This house is located in a very quiet area, just minutes from the centre of Albufeira. Due to its location, you will find it very easy to get to any of the best beaches in the Algarve within a few minutes drive.
The accommodation has 4 wonderful swimming pools, one of which is heated. Here you will also find a football pitch, basketball court for a game of 3 for 3, volleyball net, mini golf, kids club and playground. There are many restaurants and a mini-market available inside the tourist complex. Guests may also take advantage of a free shuttle service from the accommodation to Albufeira city centre (to be arranged with the reception on site).
This accommodation is prepared to provide you with a peaceful and stunning holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you wish to enjoy some cooking, you can share moments with the other guests due to its open space. Here you will spend great moments of conviviality, as well as in the garden of the house, where you can enjoy the sun during the day and a nice meal in the evening.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with double bed, one of them in a private suite. The third bedroom has two single beds.

Spacious flat located "Rua Torre da Medronheira, Bloco B, R/ch nº2" in Olhos de Água only 5 minutes away from the beach.
On the first floor, you will find a bathroom with shower and sink, a very spacious living room and equipped kitchen. The living room has a very large area with a Tv, internet and sofa bed to serve all your needs and also a dining area so you can share a dinner with your family and/or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, appliances and furniture. Both the living room and the kitchen have a direct exit to one of the most privileged areas of the house: a balcony equipped with dining area and barbecue so you can enjoy all your meals outdoors and overlooking the pool.
Upstairs, there are three spacious, furnished and very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, with direct access to a balcony, and the third has two single beds, with access to a furnished terrace, with seating area so you can relax, enjoy the sun and nice moments with your family and/or friends. This same floor also has a large bathroom with bath and two sinks.
For your enjoyment you can also make use of the shared swimming pool and an excellent green area for the children to play and enjoy a family moment.
