This 3 bed apartment is right in the city, just a few meters from the beach and the hustle and bustle.
Apartment with large areas, outdoor terrace, swimming pool, garage, and large outdoor parking area, in a quiet area.
We provide wifi and cable TV. The apartment is on the 1st floor with lift access.
We do NOT accept reservations from groups under 27 yo.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, large terrace, parking space. Wifi, air conditioning. The flat is located in the old town center, really close to Peneco beach.
Building amenities include swimming pool, garage, and elevator.
Guests staying monthly will be responsible for electricity, water, and gas expenses (variable values according to consumption) and final cleaning/laundry (fixed value according to the number of people). A deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival, and this amount will be settled upon departure based on usage. Optional cleaning during the stay can be arranged for an additional fee.
EN - On long term bookings electricity, gas, water (variable values according to consumption) and final cleaning/laundry (fixed value according to the number of people) expenses will be charged directly to the guest, a deposit of 200€ will be required upon arrival, it will be settled in checkout according to usages. Cleaning during the stay is optional and paid separately.
Under the Portuguese Local Letting legislation (Alojamento Local) we are required to report all arrival & departure, plus ID information of all guests to SEF Border Control & Portuguese fiscal authorities, similar to when checking into a Hotel.Other things to note

Situated just 4 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot from Praia do Inatel, this apartment is close to McDonald and Albufeira Shopping, a few minutes by car in the center of Albufeira or in the new area of the city.
Be sure to visit our water parks and the numerous activities available on the beaches of the Algarve coast, including visiting caves, jet skis, para-selling, sup and many others.
