Spacious villa located at "Rua do Estádio" in Albufeira with ground floor and 1st floor, ideal for a large family or a group of friends. Located in the heart of the city, a few meters from shops and about 15 minutes walk from the beach and the historic area of the city of Albufeira.
This house is perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday due to its excellent terrace, surrounded by plants, where you can grill with friends or play with the children in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. It has direct access to the outside, garden and barbecue, and the living and dining room. Across the room, while watching Tv you can also watch the children playing in the garden, through a glass window.
The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor: a suite, a bedroom with three single beds and another bedroom with two single beds. All rooms are large, with lots of storage and a balcony, to receive sunlight throughout the day, providing a more natural and pleasant light.
The three bathrooms are decorated in the same way, with blue and white tiles. Two of them have a bathtub and the other a shower.
The villa has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking, and all the necessary equipment for an incredible vacation.
