This holiday village is located 1.6 km from Praia do Cavalo Preto and Loulé Velho beach, with easy access by car to restaurants, amenities, leisure facilities, places to visit and even more spectacular beaches.

This villa is equipped with air conditioning / heating in the rooms, at no extra cost.  Villa Laranja has a double door for your rental car.
The entrance hall leads to the living / dining room with patio doors to the pool terrace.

An arch at the end of the dining area leads to the kitchen.  Double glazed doors lead from the lounge to the bedroom wing on the ground floor, where this villa has two double bedrooms and a double bedroom;  all with private bathrooms.  Upstairs, this Portuguese holiday home has two double rooms with a private bathroom and three double rooms, all with a private bathroom with shower overhead.

All rooms are air conditioned / heated at no extra charge.  The outside of the Villa is extremely spacious, with a large private pool area.  There is a very spacious barbecue and next to a traditional Portuguese brick oven and a dining terrace with two very large tables with 20 armchairs (there are more chairs in the village for more than 20 people).

The games room is equipped with a pool table, table tennis, darts and table football, as well as two extra refrigerators, flat screen TV and sofa.

It has a very large, private pool with an intergrated children's pool. Has a well maintained, front, side & back garden, a large automatic car entrance to the side of the villa with cap for up to 3 cars. You will have free wireless internet access and sea views from the back balcony. The villa also boasts a new games room for further enjoyment leading directly out to a very spacious newly extended covered outside area overlooking the pool with a built-in coal BBQ with table and chairs for outdoor meals enjoying the sunshine or on those balmy summer nights. Prices stated are for 8/9 persons sharing (please check 'notes on prices' section - for prices for 10-14 persons). 

Notes on accommodation: This villa has bedroom accommodation for up to 12 persons and in addition 2 infant cots will be supplied on request at no extra cost. (For accommodation for 13/14 persons), the sofa in the living area has a double bed which can accommodate 1 person and an extra double Z bed can accommodate another person at a small extra cost. Please enquire. There is a safe for your valuables and an alarm system for your safety. Air-conditioning (cold and hot) is provided throughout the villa at no extra cost. The new games room includes pool table and football table. Outside: There are 12 sunbeds on spacious patios around the pool, a covered area with table and chairs and built-in coal BBQ with bench top, plastic cutlery and another fridge/freezer. The pool is private and not heated. It has steps and it's size is 12.5 x 5 metres with a round smaller pool attached at one end, suitable for non swimmers or children (although should be accompanied at all times) There will be a new games room for 2011. There is a large car entrance to the side of the villa with remote controlled gates and parking inside the premises for up to 3 cars. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and they are changed weekly. Maid service once a week for stays of 2 weeks. Please bring own pool/beach towels. You have access to the entire area of the villa, with the exception of small storage rooms where we keep materials and equipment for house maintenance.
On long term bookings electricity, gas, water (variable values according to consumption) and final cleaning/laundry (fixed value according to the number of people) expenses will be charged directly to the guest, a deposit of 350€ for groups of 04 guests or 500€ for groups from 05 to 10 guests will be required upon arrival, it will be settled in checkout according to usages. Claening during the stay is optional and paid separately.
Unfortunately, due to the bad experience we have had, we do not accept reservations from groups of young guests under the age of 27 (when the group is entirely composed of young people under this age). For exceptions please contact us.
